OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES
- ELIGIBILITY:
Santa Claus is coming to Pincity ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada and any other country that permits participation in such a Promotion who are eighteen (18) years or older on date of entry.
Void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance.
Employees and directors of Personal Information Network, Inc ("PIN" or "Sponsor"), its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible.
By participating, you agree completely and unconditionally to abide with Official Promotion Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- SPONSOR:
PIN is the sole Sponsor of this Promotion and is responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.
- TIMING:
The Game begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST"), on December 18, 2006 and ends at 12:00 p.m. PST, on January 5, 2007 (the "Promotion Period").
Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Game.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.pincity.com/promo_XmasGameIntro06.asp.
Log in. Once you log in, follow the directions to advance to the Game page and to play the Game.
It is recommended that you install Macromedia Flash on your computer (if you do not already have it) when prompted.
Installation is free.
Once on the Game page, click on one of the boxes to reveal prize.
The Game results will be instantly displayed.
Entrants will be notified immediately by email if they win.
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Game.
Limit: Each participant may play one (1) time during the Promotion Period.
- RECHARGE AND PLAY AGAIN PROGRAM:
After you play the Game, you may recharge your account and be given one (1) additional Game play.
- DISQUALIFICATION/TERMINATION:
PIN is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Sponsor Official Promotion Rules, and the selection and announcement of the winner of any prize or the distribution of any prize.
PIN reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is incapable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, strike, act of God, or any other cause beyond the control of PIN,
PIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation or prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
PIN reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of the Promotion.
